Whistleblower Contact
In the NOMURA Co., Ltd. Group, an internal reporting hotline has been established to prevent misconduct, detect it early, and correct it. This hotline is operated in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
The hotline accepts reports (including anonymous ones) related to violations of laws, internal regulations, and corporate ethics in the business activities of the Nomura Group by its officers and employees. These reports can be submitted by current or former officers, regular employees, contract employees, temporary employees, part-time workers, interns, and dispatched workers who are or were employed within one year prior to the report. The hotline is managed by an external law firm.
Additionally, the NOMURA Group guarantees that no disadvantageous treatment will be given to whistleblowers for making a report.
